JESS SCHROETER
Jess' teaching journey began in 2019 in a small spiritual community based on yogic principles, devotion and karma yoga, where she learned to guide others in the practice of Hatha yoga, and to guide new community members and program participants through what can often be a challenging integration into ashram life.

When TVM™ entered her life four years later, she immediately felt called to become an educator in this incredible method, to help more people release their traumas, and support others on that same journey.

Jess loves to learn as she teaches, following the same principles when facilitating that we adhere to when we practice TVM™: Listen, believe, and witness with love and compassion.

Richard Casteel
I am driven by a genuine interest in consciousness, where I seek to understand the depths of the human mind, body, and spirit connection. This journey has been marked by resilience, creativity, and a desire to inspire others to explore the horizons of the self and the world around them.
My deepest exploration has been the healing of my own wounds, which TVM was a big component in helping me understand and regulate my nervous system. I had tried about every healing modality but still felt stuck until I found TVM. This process of transformation inspired me to become a TVM practitioner/teacher to share this beautiful method with others.
My background includes a Master of Arts (MA) in psychology, complemented by a wide range of consciousness experiences, extensive knowledge of meditation, and a 200 hour Kundalini Yoga training. Initially drawn to counseling, my path led me to become a photographer and artist, yet my desire to assist others persisted. Becoming a TVM practitioner/teacher has rekindled that passion, and I am thrilled to offer this transformative modality to those in need.
